Think Tank for the VDA

The AQI develops and evaluates answers to current pre-competitive questions of quality management for the QM subcommittee of the German automotive industry association (VDA QMA). In this capacity, we make important preparatory contributions to the work of the committees of the VDA and the implementation of new results in its member companies. We collaborate closely with some VDA research groups and actively participate in others if required.

Based on our conceptual work, we develop concrete products and take on project management responsibilities (such as for cloud-based AI analysis for the reliability control loop).

Consulting for companies of the automotive industry

The AQI supports automotive companies in preparing their quality management for current and future challenges, and it also provides the necessary project management during the implementation phase. We do not roll out standards; rather, we deliver management consulting custom-tailored to the requirements of our customers. Listening is an essential part of our work, and we consult in constant dialog with experts and our customers' management. We hold workshops and interviews to identify and prioritize the measures necessary. We support the implementation phase by providing reviews and honest feedback.
